Principal agent
The client legally appoints us to act on its behalf as principal agent, managing all aspects of the contract inclusive of financial management, mainly as per the JBCC Building agreement.
Design Management
Through our expertise and relationship with Architects and Engineers we manage the complete design process, from clientโs brief through to council approval and initiation on site.
Programming
We specialise in programming through the management of the contractorโs programme or developing the programme specifically for the project on behalf of the client.
Construction & Renovations
We are NHBRC registered and have the teams to undertake residential and commercial construction. We specialise in niche design & build renovations and construction projects.
